Purchases & Refunds

Refund Policy We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our students. Since we are into structured education and our institution's guidelines do not allow us to refund any course fees or workshop fees unless and until the organization cancels or takes a decision over it. In case any refunds are approved or allowed by our panel then: ₹1250 will be deducted as cancelation fees The payment gateway fee 2% + GST 18% will be deducted. e.g. If you paid ₹10000, you will receive ₹10000-(1250+236) = ₹8514 on approval of refunds. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, the rest payments will be credited to your bank account number.
Cancellation Policy For Cancellations of any course please contact us via contact us link within 1 working days after your enrolment (Or makes the fee payment). Requests received later than the 2nd business day will be treated as invalid. Cancelations and refunds are not granted after the course commencement.
In the first place do our regular checks. 1) For CC/DC: Cross-Check the card number, expiry date, CVV, etc 2) Netbanking: Please run the common issues such as password check etc. 3) UPI: Kindly do the transactions before the time outs Please report the issue on, if you are still facing the error.
